It is a very exciting time for TalkTalk Wholesale Services as we can finally announced the launch of our new branding.

Earlier last year we rebranded from TalkTalk Business to TalkTalk Wholesale Services. This is a new chapter for us. Our long-term vision and our strategy to deliver our fibre future has not changed – but we have positively refreshed our approach. And we finally look how we feel

Account Manager

Our brand campaign will be dropping four different themes over the next few months featuring employees all over the business, so keep your eyes peeled as you may spot some familiar faces!

We wanted to kick it off with Account Management. Our (and your) dedicated Account Managers will always put the relationships with our Partners first and do what we can to make sure you and your customers are happy. At TalkTalk Wholesale Services, our people are our greatest asset. And it’s this personal touch that allows us to build authentic relationships with our Partners. In fact, our long-standing relationships are what set us apart.

We invest heavily in our relationships, and we want our Partners to feel looked after. So, as our Partner, we’ll set you up with your own personal account manager. It’s their priority to get to know your business challenges and goals, so you never need to explain your circumstances twice.
