Mitel EMEA Cloud Service Provider of the Year Award 2016
TalkTalk Business was awarded the Mitel EMEA Cloud Service Provider of the Year Award for its business-grade voice platform based on Mitel technology. As leader in real-time business, cloud and mobile communications, Mitel recognises those that have made the greatest strides with their cloud offering and deliver the most innovative features, speed and simplicity. TalkTalk Business was also called out for our exponential growth and for offering customers a compelling value proposition. More and more companies are switching to cloud-based voice solutions, and as a Mitel Premier Partner TalkTalk Business supplies voice based on Mitel technology on a competitive OPEX model.

ITSPA Award’s Best Business ITSP (Corporate) 2015
The UK’s leading trade body for the VoIP and Unified Communications industry, ITSPA, named TalkTalk Business as best business Internet Telephony Service Provider for providing excellent voice services to corporates and large organisations. Meeting a number of criteria, including impressive business performance, innovation and customer service, TalkTalk Business was also selected for providing a good variety of business features, such as multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.

Utilities & Telecoms Award’s Telecoms Team of the Year 2014
Recognising best practice and excellence within a credit function, Credit Strategy’s panel of expert judges named TalkTalk Business as its Telecoms Team of the Year. This was presented to our Credit Control team, who work tirelessly to deliver first class customer service and continuous service improvements. The key achievements that secured this award included how TalkTalk Business has reduced how long it takes for a customer’s payment to hit their account in a quarter of the time, cutting aged debt by 19% and creating a centre of excellence for the credit control and service teams.

World Communications Award’s Best Network Operation Initiative 2014
TalkTalk was presented with one of the industry’s most prestigious international awards, for the Best Network Operation Initiative. In a ceremony built around innovation, merit and outstanding performance in the telecoms industry, the WCA judges selected our “Genesis” tool as most innovative in the market. Project Genesis was developed by TalkTalk’s Next Generation Network team and carries out thousands of line checks every day, automatically raising fault tickets if it finds problems. This means that we can diagnose problems quickly and proactively, and deliver a faster resolution for any problems that occur.

Global Telecoms Business’ Fixed Network Infrastructure Innovation Award 2014
TalkTalk Business was presented with the Innovation Award for Fixed Network Infrastructure, following an investment in ADTRAN to minimise disruption during upgrades and for hybrid flexibility in ISDN and SIP trunk interfaces. The Global Telecoms Business Innovation awards are widely recognised across the industry and celebrate the work that vendors and operators do to develop innovative projects that better serve end customers.
